User Agreement

ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded electronically between Re2mc Moda Tasarim Sanayi̇ Ve Ti̇caret Li̇mi̇ted Şi̇rketi̇ (“Re2mc” or the “Company”), located at Meşrutiyet Mah. Ebe Kizi Sk. Sosko İş Merkezi No:16 İç Kapı No:B40 Şişli / Istanbul, and all individuals (“Member”) using the products/services of Re2mc on the re2mc.com website (“Website”). Hereinafter, the Company and the Member shall collectively be referred to as the “Parties.”

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The purpose of this Agreement is to determine the terms and conditions for the Member’s use of products and services purchased through the Website, as well as the rights and obligations related thereto.

ARTICLE 3 – FORMATION OF THE AGREEMENT

THE MEMBER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND ARE AWARE OF THEIR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
The Parties agree that the obligations stipulated in this Agreement are fair, proportionate, and appropriate to the nature of the services and transactions covered herein.
The Member confirms that the transactions under this Agreement serve their interests and that they voluntarily accept all terms and conditions.
This Agreement has been prepared in compliance with consumer protection legislation and the Turkish Code of Obligations.

ARTICLE 4 – MEMBERSHIP

Membership is acquired upon completion of the registration process on the Website and acceptance of this Agreement.
The Member declares that they are at least 18 years old; members aged 13-18 may only use the Website under parental or legal guardian supervision.
The Member is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration and must update their information as necessary.

ARTICLE 5 – USE OF SERVICES AND SERVICE FEES

Upon becoming a Member, the individual may benefit from the products and services offered on the Website in accordance with this Agreement.
Membership is free of charge.
Promotions and campaigns may be provided by the Company, and must be used according to the rules specified by the Company. The Company reserves the right to cancel promotions at any time, and the Member has no claim against the Company in such cases.

ARTICLE 6 – RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

The Member guarantees the accuracy of the information provided and agrees to indemnify the Company for any damages resulting from incorrect or outdated information.
The Member exclusively holds the right to use their password and may not share it with others. All responsibility for password use lies with the Member.
The Member must use the Website in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and may not use it in any way that disrupts public order, violates morality, infringes on others’ rights, or threatens system security.
The Company is not responsible for any content created or shared by Members, including opinions, messages, comments, images, or other expressions.
The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate the Website, its content, or services at any time.
The Company may update this Agreement at any time without prior notice; updated provisions are effective on the date of publication.

ARTICLE 7 – TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT

Subject to termination provisions herein, either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time.
Termination by the Member is carried out through the Website according to the membership cancellation procedures. Termination does not affect rights and obligations accrued prior to the termination date.

ARTICLE 8 – FINAL PROVISIONS

8.1 Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

8.2 Jurisdiction: The Istanbul Çağlayan Courts and Execution Offices have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from this Agreement.

8.3 Entire Agreement: The annexes of this Agreement form an integral part of the Agreement and cannot be interpreted separately.

8.4 Exclusive Evidence: The Company’s documents and electronic records shall serve as exclusive evidence in any disputes.

8.6 Transactions on the Website: Transactions performed on the Website are binding declarations of intent under Turkish law, consumer law, and other applicable legislation.
