Refund / Shipping Policy

All orders within Turkey are shipped via reliable national carriers.
Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
Orders over ₺5,000 qualify for free shipping.
Shipping costs for orders under ₺5,000 will be calculated at checkout.
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.
RE2MC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances.

In accordance with the Turkish Distance Selling Regulation, you may request a return within 7 business days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at contact@re2mc.com.
Unless the product is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved or not.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
