Distance Sales Agreement

PARTIES

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is made electronically between RE2MC Tekstil Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Seller”) and the individual who purchases services/products through the website re2mc.com (“Buyer”).

The Parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted all the provisions of this Agreement.

FORMATION OF THE AGREEMENT

The Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and are aware of their rights and obligations. The Parties agree that the obligations specified in the Agreement are fair and proportionate.

SUBJECT AND SCOPE OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this Agreement is the sale and delivery of products/services ordered by the Buyer through re2mc.com, and the determination of the rights and obligations of the Parties in accordance with the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

The Seller uses Kolay Gelsin or Yurtiçi Kargo for shipping, and shipment details are automatically communicated to the Buyer.

DELIVERY

  • Products will be delivered to the Buyer’s address within the timeframe indicated in the pre-information form, not exceeding 30 days.
  • If payment is not made or is canceled by the bank, the Seller is relieved of delivery obligations.
  • If performance of the order becomes impossible, the Seller will notify the Buyer within 3 days and refund all payments, including delivery costs if any, within 14 days.

BUYER’S DECLARATIONS AND COMMITMENTS

  • The Buyer acknowledges that by confirming the order, they accept the payment obligation.
  • If the product is to be delivered to a person other than the Buyer, the Seller is not responsible if the recipient refuses delivery.
  • The Buyer must inspect the product before taking delivery; acceptance of damaged or defective goods without inspection constitutes acceptance of the product as is.
  • If the Buyer requests shipment via a carrier other than the Seller’s designated carriers, the Seller is not responsible for any loss or damage during transit.

SELLER’S DECLARATIONS AND COMMITMENTS

  • The Seller is responsible for delivering the product/service in accordance with applicable consumer legislation, complete, undamaged, and in conformity with the order.
  • If necessary and with the Buyer’s consent, the Seller may provide a product of equal quality and value.
  • The Seller is responsible for loss or damage until the product reaches the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer, except when a different carrier is used.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery date without any reason or penalty.
  • Notice of withdrawal must be sent to the Seller in writing or via a durable medium:

  • Products must be returned via the Seller’s approved carriers without additional cost to the Buyer. Using another carrier makes the Buyer responsible for shipping and potential damages.
  • The product, along with its invoice, box, packaging, accessories, and any gifts, must be returned intact. The Buyer must use the product according to its intended purpose; otherwise, the Buyer is responsible for any changes or damage.

COMPLAINTS AND OBJECTIONS

  • The Buyer may submit complaints directly to the Seller using the contact information above.
  • Consumer complaints can also be submitted to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court.

DEFAULT

  • In case of default on credit card payments, the Buyer is responsible towards their bank. Bank fees and legal expenses may be claimed from the Buyer.
